Today AI relies on people to connect the dots: they have to feed it context, because it can't see the goals or the full picture. Soon it will be many-to-many: lots of people and lots of agents working together, on top of an open network.

Software will be created on demand.

It is written on the spot, for a single person's use case, and can be thrown away after one use. The whole software stack will change: toward AI-mediated systems, with applications that rebuild themselves on the fly.

So You don't buy yet another management system: the harness builds the tool when it's needed, and rebuilds it when the work changes.

Responsibility stays human.

Taking on responsibility and answering for it remain human things. To build great things, AI and people (and tomorrow robots) have to work together.

So AI gets the work it can close. People get the decisions, with context and a proposal. Payments and risky actions never start without a name.

Every company will own two kinds of capital.

Human capital: the judgment, relationships and ingenuity of its people. Token capital: the AI capability it builds and owns, on top of its own data. The two grow together in a loop, and that loop becomes the company's IP. The edge goes to whoever turns it fastest.
